All New & Returning patients (last appointment for the same injury over > 6 months or for any new injury): please book an initial assessment, you will receive an intake form to provide us with some important information/updates prior to your visit. —> First time offer for New Patients: $155.00 (60mins assessment)

Clinic information: We are located on the 3rd floor, unit #303. There is no set waiting room so please come at your appointed time, or you may wait outside, or sit in our lovely gym area.

Cancellation policy: Your appointment is TIME RESERVED just for YOU and your physiotherapist prepares in advance for your visit. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or no-show to their appointment, will be charged the cancellation fee (appointment fee). Thank you for your understanding - from myself and patients on the cancelation list :)

Parking: There is paid parking on 12th street (first 30mins is free, and must register with the app passport parking), in the side parking lot, or underground. Some free (but limited) parking around the neighborhood. - Other options: Whole foods across the street (11th street), parking included with a purchase, close to main transit lines, or walking-in if you live close by :)

Ashley is a bilingual (EN/FR) Registered Physiotherapist. Raised in an active family and with a background in dance, she learned early on the value of living a healthy, balanced, and joyful lifestyle. Along with developing a deep appreciation for movement and the incredible ways it can support both physical and emotional well-being.

With a passion for understanding the whole person through a biopsychosocial lens, her sessions are guided by client-centered goals and a genuine curiosity to uncover the root cause of each patient’s symptoms. She values using education and evidence-based treatments to help clients feel informed and confident in their recovery.

Collaboration and active participation are at the heart of every session, creating a space where progress feels both meaningful and achievable.

Education/Community Involvement: - Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University - Certifications under the Orthopedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association - IMS/Dry needling - Specialized training in Pelvic Floor/Women’s Health Physiotherapy (PHS I, II) - Collaboration with other healthcare practitioners and services in the community (in-services etc.) with an on going passion and drive for continuous learning.

Beyond her professional life, she loves finding new skills and challenges, spending time with friends and family, cooking and eating delicious food, and being by the water and in the mountains.
