Your appointment is TIME RESERVED JUST FOR YOU and your physiotherapist prepares in advance for your visit. As such, we kindly ask for a minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellations to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged the cancellation fee (appointment fee) to the card on file.
